Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using BLE Insight ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

Description of Service

BLE Insight is a Bluetooth Low Energy development and debugging tool that allows users to:

Scan for and discover nearby BLE devices
Connect to BLE devices and explore their services and characteristics
Read, write, and subscribe to BLE characteristics
Visualize communication sequences and data in real time
Create and execute automated test scripts
Monitor RSSI signal strength

Intended Use

The App is designed for developers, engineers, and technical professionals working with BLE technology. It is intended for development, testing, and debugging purposes.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

Ensuring you have proper authorization to connect to and communicate with any BLE device
Complying with all applicable local, national, and international laws regarding wireless communication
Any data you write to BLE devices using the App

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that:

The App will meet your specific requirements
The App will be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free
Data displayed by the App will be completely accurate
Communication with BLE devices will always be reliable

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the App, including but not limited to damage to BLE devices, data loss, or communication errors.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the App, including but not limited to design, code, and documentation, are owned by the developer. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the App.

Updates and Changes

We may update the App and these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or third parties.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
